Plan C was born from an idea he had with a friend. In the wake of the success of short leases, we see the possibility of optimizing the opportunities offered by online platforms by offering advice and operational support to property owners. In May 2019, we decided to create a reality that creates value for the territory and for the people who are part of it, with a view to hospitality, service and quality. Today we take care of providing a service for the owner who wants to rent his home for short periods without having to think about anything. In addition to an initial consultation on the property, we create and manage the profile, produce a professional photo shoot and maximize visibility and performance through specific algorithms. In addition, we also take care of all related services such as welcoming and managing guests, cleaning and laundry.
